
Eat well

Description: Throughout human history, food has played many roles, from basic nourishment to an element in our most sacred rituals. Likewise, humans play many roles related to food, including farmers, cooks, exporters, importers, consumers and certainly eaters! In today's global food system that benefits some while leaving others hungry, how can followers of Christ eat in a way that sustains life and honors our roles as stewards of creation? Eat well: a food road map offers some place to start answering that complex question in the hope that the Christian community will learn together how to practice faith even more deeply around the table.
