Description: Hurricanes never occur in Grand Flamingo. Well, hardly ever, there was, after all, 1932 when the wind and water had swept almost everything away. But now, with a Grand Flamingo Conference of Caribbean Ministers right on top of them, the island's excitable Prime Minister, along with just about everybody else, refused to believe the unbelievable was right on top of them, too, a hurricane was headed straight for the Flamingan ocean paradise.
