Description: Three of the author's skazki. In the first (Kot-rybolov), a cat goes fishing and ends up dealing with a fox, a wolf, and a bear. The second (Meshok i︠a︡blok) involves a rabbit who goes berry picking in a forest but finds an apple tree instead; he defies a crow guarding the tree and picks all the apples, then ends up sharing them with other animals. Afterwards the animals (except the angry crow) reward him and his family with food of their own. The third (Ëlka) is about a group of school children who write Santa Claus asking for a Christmas tree; they give their letter to a snowman they built, and the snowman travels with a puppy through the forest to deliver the letter.
