The rejection syndrome
By Charles R. Solomon
Subjects: Religious aspects of Rejection (Psychology), Christian life, Christianity, Identification (Religion), Rejection (Psychology)
Description: We feel unloved and unaccepted by others, so we deliberately or unwittingly pass rejection on to others. The process is called the rejection syndrome, one of the most destructive forces on earth today. We are all on a quest for meaning in life, which we seek in the acceptance and identity to be found in other people and in other things. When circumstances take away our "things" and when people withhold their acceptance, life loses its meaning and destructive processes begin -- unless something or someone can help us break the pattern. - Back cover.
