Description: At the occasion of 'The Six Brandenburg Concertos' De Munt/La Monnaie and Rosas invited dance photographer Hugo Glendinning to attend the rehearsals in Brussels and to travel to New York City for the work's US premiere at the Park Avenue Armory. His photographs masterfully reveal both the personality of each individual dancer and the idea of a clan, a company made up, for 'The Six Brandenburg Concertos', of several generations of dancers, some bringing to this new work all their experience with the choreographer, others undertaking such an ambitious project for the first time with Rosas.
