Description: This Plan presents a new vision for the Department and its bureaus and offi ces, and incorporates input from tribes, Congress, Federal employees, citizens, and organizations. It is the framework that the Department will use to focus the eff orts of its bureaus and offi ces over the next fi ve years on a set of strategic goals. It will also guide investments and the allocation of resources and help to integrate and align responsibilities across multiple bureaus and offi ces. The Plan is a tool that the Department will use in the prioritization of activities and to improve communication and collaboration with a diverse array of stakeholders.
