Description: When the Denver bank threatened to repossess his family home and land, eighteen-year-old Jed Stone unwillingly became involved in a robbery with his neighbors, the four McIver brothers. The McIvers got away with the strongbox, but Jed was sentenced, under an assumed name, to five years in the Kansas Penitentiary. On his release, two women came into his life as he returned home to get his share of the holdup money.
