Description: Emma’s fickle cousin Blanche runs off with an old flame just as her wealthy fiancé Rick comes to visit. Rick decides to take revenge on Blanche by marrying Emma instead and taking her back to his estate in Barbados. Emma, tired of being taken advantage of by Blanche’s family, decides to go along with the sudden marriage. However, she finds out too late that her new husband mistakenly believes that she has only cynical and self-serving reasons for marrying him.
