Description: Evaluates the anticipated environmental effects of the construction, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning of the Ten West Link Transmission Line Project (Project) proposed by DCR Transmission, LLC. The proposed Project includes construction of a 500-kilovolt electric transmission line and associated infrastructure, from the Delaney Substation near Tonopah, Arizona, to the Colorado River Substation near Blythe, California...The Proposed Action is 114.3 miles long and generally follows the existing Devers to Palo Verde transmission line, including a 24.9-mile long crossing of the Kofa National Wildlife Refuge (NWR). The Agency Preferred Alternative is 125.0 miles long, utilizes BLM utility corridors, and does not cross the Kofa NWR.
