Description: Maddy's neighbors have cancelled the annual block party. Everyone is too busy to plan it, and no one wants to take the time to raise the necessary money. Maddy is super disappointed. The block party, which always takes place before Halloween, is one of her favorite days of the year! Maddy can't let this happen. She and her best friend Darcy hatch a plan to raise the funds AND bring the community back together: a pop-up movie theater! But is this scheme too crazy for even Maddy to pull off?
