Description: It's Library Week for Mrs Furber's class and every day IQ the rat goes with the rest of the class to the library. On the first day, Mrs Binder the librarian reads the class a story that makes IQ laugh and laugh. He wants to get his own library card and borrow that book so he can read it again but he doesn't have the skills to find the book on the library shelves and he doesn't have a library card.
