Reads like an extended version of the 3 1/2 hour documentary, arranged in a similar manner, with additional photos and stories. Most of the excerpts are quoted from the original interview sessions for the documentary, however, remarks by the late Roddy McDowall and others are supplemented from vintage materials to help to flesh out the story. The original pressing was limited to 1000 individually numbered/signed copies by author Neil Morris.
