By N. J. McMillan
Subjects: Stratigraphic Geology, Clay, Geology, Stratigraphic, Petrology
Description: The repetition of varied sorts of sedimentary deposits in remarkably constant stratigraphic sequence is a distinctive feature of the late Paleozoic formations in the Midcontinent region of North America. As now is well known, this characterizes cyclic sedimentation. The purpose of this study is to add to the knowledge of cyclothems in an area where they are well developed.
