Description: Strange things are going on at the police station. Shelby's friend Susan Skelton has been accused of embezzling $10,000 in bail money. But Shelby doesn't believe that sweet, middle-aged Susan would commit such a crime. She knows it has to be a frame-up, but why? And more important--who?
