Description: A girl is charged with murder but goes mute from the time she is told of the death. Sloan and Crosby have to investigate the crime as the original investigating officer has suffered serious injuries in an accident. The victim was employed by the girl's father's business which was completing a local tunnel project at the time and is now working on building a new town in an African country.
